Water training at Perris, Sat 6/21

I've got water training scheduled at Perris on 6/21 with Jim Wallace; if anyone else needs it, we can get it for $20 per person... Post if you're planning on being there. It'll probably be in the afternoon but you'd need to be there in the AM to sign up.. But you get to jump all day anyway.
They're providing all the required equipment, so all you'll really need is a towel.

Sounds good. I wanted to do it last saturday, but I had a race on sunday and decided it was better to postpone it. I'd like to do that ASAP so I can get it out of the way and get my B & C license. Hopefully I'll have enough jumps to get the D before september.

They actually charge you for this ?? Maybe I was just lucky and didn't have to pay for mine. I hopped in a lake, got the chute thrown over my head and swam out..along with 5 other people.

Well, I think they charge people for it because they want to make a living doing it.

It's well worth it just to not have to worry about drying off your own gear, isn't it?

$16 to $20(price of 1 jump) is about right on the east coast.
I did it at Chambursburg and we used an indoor pool (and then the Jacuzzi) Quality Inn.
p.s. do not wear a lecklace. It will be enough to get lines from around you neck, in the water.
