Anything new at Perris?

Recommended Posts

When I did my AFF there, in the summer of 2001, I hung out with Farney, Claude, Mick and John a lot. I read about what happened to Claude and I'm terribly sorry about that, but what's the word on the other guys, are they still at the DZ and doing well?

Ahh..

I met him at Perris in 1992. He had this "roll out the door and catch me if you can!" thing going which was great fun. Since I'm D 515 (in a country with 800 something D licences) it was a kinda "us tripple digits should stick together" thing.

He was cool. (Probably still is!:P)

Denny Ganor, D-138. He quit jumping after he made his 5,000 a few months ago.

Wow, really?! I thought I saw him just a couple weekends ago. Never thought that man would step down.

Did you hear that Perris got a wind tunnel?:P

Actually, no I didn't hear...

but of course I have read all about it in the newsletter:S

Man, I so need to get my ass back there as soon as I can afford it!

Anyway, say hi to Farney for me next time you see him, will ya?
