ZuteSutes news?

Hi there, I know there a few old posts on here about zutesutes but can anyone offer me some advice. I have ordered a suit that they said would be with me by Christmas... well, it wasnt and when I tried to call their number has been disconnected. Also, scores of emails have been sent with no reply.... have i been screwed? as far as I know I havent been charged but i dont want to order from someone else and then find they have charged me later on.

Same happened to me this year with another vendor. Won't name them on here though. Still waiting since Labor Day.

Contact the state consumer affairs dept in the state ZuteSute is based in for help.

It worked for a friend of mine who waited months to get his Dive Rite suit back from repairs in Tennessee. He had his suit back within a week. Yeah, it was right about the end of the road for that company.

We used to be dealers for Zute Sute; we were very satisfied with them. However, the owner (Jenny Martin) had some personal difficulties. I was under the impression that she closed the business completely a couple of years ago. I've heard that she is now working as a flight attendant; don't know if she's still jumping.

It's unlikely you'll be charged - or that you'll see your suit. Just order from another manufacturer.
