Is your cert.# on the recent FAA sec.715 letter?

Recommended Posts

I'm a new rigger, haven't got my cert.# in the mail yet, but I received the letter about sec. 715. Just wondering if the number directly over my name is my cert.#. Would someone check their letter and tell me if this number is the cert.# or not?
Many thanks

Unless things have changd its your SSN.....

Did they give you your 3 letter and or number seal...

this you then order and use that to seal the parachutes that you pack.

SSN is not used today

My riggers cert # was my ssn, had it changed to an Airman #. The # is 7 digits. You may call the FAA in OKC, OK to get the details of your #. The FAA will also send you a plastic card that similar size as a credit card with your official info on it. Is your temporary certificate nearly expired/expired?
