The vendor of the F-16 radar was Westinghouse and their radar unit was based out of Baltimore. They had an on-site engineer who had been "temporarily" assigned to Ft Worth...for over two years. One day he was notified that his temporary assignment was over and they were bringing him back to Baltimore. He talked to GD, got a job offer, and quit Westinghouse.
