Broke 0 #2 February 19, 2007 I have it on good authority that NC does not grant Resoprocity. That is the reason one of my FF1 instructrs moved back up here. I know they don't tax the NYPD pension, so the same should go for FDNY, but you may want to contact the NC state goverment for more official answers. I have a list of 13 States Somewhere Around here if I can find it that are not Taxable. Florida, Mississippi, texas, nevada new hampshire, just to name a few off the top of my head.
