Jerry E. said he left Pell Lake this morning and counted 23 cars in the ditch before merging into Hy 43, a 8-10 mile stretch. His observations; people driving too fast and following too close. Seen one spin out into the ditch in front of him. People slowing down to geek the cars in the ditch also. On the way home he only counted 12, not he same cars though. Ahhhh yes the tow truck drivers had a very good day. Have to check out the Rockford Channel 23 traffic cams. Great entertainment.
