I personally would have a very hard time giving up garlic taters (garlic and potatoes- 2 of my favorite food groups!) but that reminds me of a funny low carb story! A few years ago, I went out to dinner with a group of friends. We went to a really nice Thai restaurant- I think there were 6 or 7 us of total, and at least 5 of us on some kind of low carb "diet"- Atkins, South Beach or something comparable.
