I personally would have a very hard time giving up garlic taters (garlic and potatoes- 2 of my favorite food groups!:P) but that reminds me of a funny low carb story! A few years ago, I went out to dinner with a group of friends. We went to a really nice Thai restaurant- I think there were 6 or 7 us of total, and at least 5 of us on some kind of low carb "diet"- Atkins, South Beach or something comparable. Number 6 was training for the Chicago marathon, and we ALL passed our rice down the table to him! :D

Didn't you say you had 2 free training sessions. Why dont you ask your trainer. He might shed a little more little into what's going on.

Looks like you're also keeping tabs on what you eat. You should check out The Abs Diet book. It helped me out with nutrition a lot.

That would be admitting weakness and I don't do that. :|

I was dehydrated and overexerting I'm sure...that's my story and I'm sticking to it. ;)
