JohnRich 4 #26 January 16, 2008 Quote Prolly a swooper too! Actually, that kind of fits. After he smacked into cushioning barrels protecting the end of a concrete wall, his car went airborne, and came down on top of mine. That's why my airbag never deployed: the activation sensors are in the front bumper, and the front bumper was never touched - he went over top of it. Having a 4,000 lb. car land on top of me is the most incredibly violent thing I have ever experienced. If he had landed about two feet further back, I would have been squashed like a bug. JohnRich 4 #27 January 16, 2008 QuoteIn Texas, you have the right to submit a written Victim Impact Statement. Do it. Contact the DA's office ASAP... Andy: thanks for that advice. I'm on it! The court hearing is Jan. 29th, and I'll have something to them before then.
