Legal Procedure Question, Texas

Prolly a swooper too! :S:ph34r:

Actually, that kind of fits. After he smacked into cushioning barrels protecting the end of a concrete wall, his car went airborne, and came down on top of mine. That's why my airbag never deployed: the activation sensors are in the front bumper, and the front bumper was never touched - he went over top of it.

Having a 4,000 lb. car land on top of me is the most incredibly violent thing I have ever experienced. If he had landed about two feet further back, I would have been squashed like a bug.
