It's "I'm not talking about moving in" and it's called "I'd really love to see you tonight" by England Dan & John Ford Coley.

Edit: It's also "there's a warm wind blowing, the stars are out. . . " unless he was on a lot of acid, which is a distinct possibility.

I get words wrong a lot, lol. But thanks. That tune has been driving me crazy for a couple of days and I couldn't seem to get it out of my head. I think it has to do with my second wife - she's a Linda Hamilton look alike and I haven't seen her in over 25 years but heard from her a couple of days ago. Thats when the song started in my head. Btw, I pulled a Billy V. I lipread the link above and also one on youtube by Don Seals. The conclusion is this - I was right about the line "There's a warm wind blowing the stars around". Hey, I gotta pull my butt out of the fire somehow, lol.
