Outlook 2007 - Business Card Signatures

Recommended Posts

Alright folks, I need your help.

In Outlook 2007, you can display your V-Business Card as the signature of your email messages.

However, Outlook ALSO includes your V-Business Card as an attachment AND I CAN'T HANDLE THAT.

Does anyone know if there is a setting for this? I do not want outlook to include the V Card as an attachment.

Thanks for the help.

The only way I know is to just use auto-signature. I really can't stand Office 2007...

Tried it out.

If the vCard is a part of your signature it will always be attached as a file also.
You can however delete the attachment before the e-mail is sent out...

Tools --> Options --> Mail format --> Signatures
Delete the Business card from signature if you dont want to have it as a part of the signature.

That's how it works for my pop3 account.

Do you work with special forms for this?
Is this maybe some sort of domain policy setting? (if it's your work e-mail)
