SarahC07 0 #1 April 8, 2009 Alright folks, I need your help. In Outlook 2007, you can display your V-Business Card as the signature of your email messages. However, Outlook ALSO includes your V-Business Card as an attachment AND I CAN'T HANDLE THAT. Does anyone know if there is a setting for this? I do not want outlook to include the V Card as an attachment. Thanks for the help.

mnealtx 0 #3 April 8, 2009 It should be in the same section as where you make your signature...Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. POPS 9708 , SCR 14706

mrwrong 0 #5 April 8, 2009 Tried it out. If the vCard is a part of your signature it will always be attached as a file also. You can however delete the attachment before the e-mail is sent out... Tools --> Options --> Mail format --> Signatures Delete the Business card from signature if you dont want to have it as a part of the signature. That's how it works for my pop3 account. Do you work with special forms for this? Is this maybe some sort of domain policy setting? SarahC07 0 #6 April 8, 2009 Welp, the only solution we've found thus far... was to copy and paste the v-card into the signature field. Looks the same and doesn't show up as an attachment.
