ASteele 0 #26 June 29, 2005 I purchased a Dytter right when I started to break into some freefly positions, which was around jump 70. It wasn't until recently that I realized how often I was relying on it for my breakoff/pull altitudes. So I took it out of my helmet and focused on making sure I was using my eyes first, visual second, and audible third for when I should be breaking off from formations and when I should be pulling. Gadgets fail, my toaster breaks often enough so I know from experience :) I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT SKYDIVING, SO DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT! :) -Aaron
bob.dino 0 #27 June 30, 2005 Suggestion: keep the dytter, but set it below your normal breakoff altitude. If it goes off and you haven't broken off, you've screwed up and its done its job and reminded you.
