Seattle Tunnel Don't hold your breath that it will actually start anytime soon.. we have a mayor who wants to drag his feet and stall it ad nauseum. I swear they wont be happy till the damn viaduct does a Cypress Street Viaduct on the Nimitz Freeway collapse and kills a whole bunch of people the next time we have an earthquake. I am thinking he meant this http://seattleindoorskydiving.com/ I have not talked to Bill on this to know the current status but as I understood it, they were planning on building the tunnel somewhere near South Center Mall...
