I'm referring to items such as: - necklaces - shirts - custom made lettering for embroidery on rigs, jumpsuits, wingsuits, etc. - custom typography ( skydiving related terminology ) - other misc items Would love some input. Thanks y'all!!

AggieDave 6 #3 September 29, 2011 QuoteWhat would you be willing to pay for custom skydiving accessories? Nothing. Quote- necklaces Quit wearing skydiving necklaces and closing pins a long time ago. Quote- shirts The only skydiving shirts I have are from boogies, DZ staff shirts or freebies from manufactures. I really have no desire to pay for skydiving t-shirts. Quote- custom made lettering for embroidery on rigs, jumpsuits, wingsuits, etc. The more jumps I get, the less I care about that. I have aging gear that I would rather fly the piss out of instead of looking shiny and trendy. Quote- custom typography ( skydiving related terminology ) I really have no need nor any desire to pay for anything like that. Quote- other misc items Eh. I like practical skydiving gear. A better RDS, tougher swoop pants, leg strap armor and the like. The rest of the stuff went out of fashion with me 5-6 years ago. Now a better off-duty belt that was more comfortable and stiffer than the reinforced riggers belt/wilderness belt that I use...that would be something I would pay for. The stuff I wear on my belt on a daily basis (off duty) get heavy.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
oldwomanc6 38 #4 September 29, 2011 Let me rephrase; everyone wants that stuff, but no one is going to tell what they will pay for something they haven't seen. Look around and see what products are comparable to what you have in mind. Offer a design on a product within the price range. If your design is better at the same or lower cost--there you go! lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB

skymama 35 #7 September 29, 2011 -I don't wear the jewelry. -I have too many t-shirts as it is. I used to wear them to the dz, but I've found I'm much more comfortable in the thin moisture wicking shirts. (Maybe that's the route to go down. Deland's tandem staff wear those type of shirts now and I have to say, they look pretty sharp!) -Embroidery-nah, too flashy for me -typography- don't even know what you mean by this. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

I have staff shirts but vastly prefer to wear my own tech-type shirts (Odlo, Falke etc). ciel bleu, Saskia
dragon2 0 #9 September 29, 2011 What I would like and pay for is a way to mark items, like custom engraving on (metal) sunglasses, camera quick releases, hookknives, camera lenses etc. Stuff I really need to mark otherwise it's GONE. ciel bleu, Saskia
