CanuckInUSA 0 #2 April 6, 2012 Quote Ferdinand Porsche dead at age 76. RIP Ferdinand Quote His 911 is still going strong. The 911 is a special car. They are fun on the public roads, but one really needs to drive one on the race tracks to truly understand what a great feat of engineering Mr Porsche created. Yes in the hands of the inexperienced, the 911 can be a lot to handle the way it can swap ends in an instant. But in the hands of someone how knows how to handle the 911, it's a winner. So much grip on the rear end as you power out of the corners. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
BillyVance 34 #3 April 6, 2012 I've only driven a 914 as I used to own one, and I can attest to the ability of a Porsche to handle corners like a champ. At one time I had the Porsche 914 and a Ford Mustang, and remember taking them around a specific curve at a too high speed. The 914 blew through it perfectly. The Mustang nearly fishtailed off the road."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
