First AFF, injured but looking for more.

Recommended Posts

Hey all! I just did my First AFF jump in Tanjung Pinang over the weekend with my buddies. Had a hard landing on my ass across the runway but i'm still keen on my license and more.

P.s... .anyone knows how to get rid of tailbone pains real quick? It hurts whenever i put weight on it.

Hey man,

Sorry to hear about your hard landing but welcome to the sport anyway! B|

No advice on the injury side of things except make sure you rest up before getting back in the air.

Tke care out there :)

About three weekends ago, on Sunday, I flared too high and didn't PLF and landed on my ass pretty hard.
I could still walk and function, but it hurt. The only thing that fixed it was time - by Wednesday (three days
later) it was better. I have since taken more interest in being prepared to PLF, but my concurrent increased
interest in flaring at the right time has kept me from having to practice that so far. :)
