Thijs 0 #1 December 19, 2004 Hello, I have been around this forum for a while, but never posted anything until now. I'm no skydiver yet. I want to take up a static-line FJC next summer. I want to prepare myself as good as possible before even going to the DZ (is about 60 km from my home so that is a long bike ride I'll be 18 when I will make my first jump (if everything goes as planned) so I do not need approval of my parents to go skydiving. But still, I don't think they will just let me do it, so I do not really know how to ask/tell them. If someone has some advice, just replay, pm of mail ([email protected])
skymama 35 #2 December 19, 2004 Welcome to the forums! As far as your parents are concerned, there have been a few discussions about that subject that you can find with a search through the forums too.She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
