Penti 0 #1 August 9, 2004 Hi All! I did my first ever jump (RAPS) on Saturday at Redlands near Swindon, UK. Had a great days training and good jump at the end of it. Really wasn't quite what I was expecting though, it was over so quick, and I only managed to concentrate on counting for a second after leaving the plane. Talk about sensory overload! Chris. gerryfuss 0 #2 August 9, 2004 People doing their first jump often say "Is it over already?" (when dealing with freefall) , but after a few more jumps you will become more and more aware of what is going on around you in freefall and the time will seem to last much longer. Have fun!
