caz 0 #26 January 20, 2004 I don't think anyone is necessarily being negative about jumping in the UK, its just that purplekitten asked about alternatives to jumping here as she wants to get AFF done preferably before March. I don't know about where you are, but its been drizzling here pretty much non stop the last week or so, and British weather being British weather its probably unlikely to change much the next month or so unless we're extremely lucky. So to save months of hanging around the dropzone trying to get qualified and waiting weeks in between each AFF jump, I think people were just offering up places that they've done AFF abroad where the weather is likely to be slightly better than here. christelsabine 1 #27 January 20, 2004 Hi, don't go too far for AFF and consults... Spain is fully OK, made my AFF and consults in Empuriabrava, was a great time.. As long as winds are not blowing too hard, simply best place in Europe, good ppl, new built bunkhouse. I've been there several times now, always would recommend.
