Does anyone know the best place to buy these? I looked on Paragear's website and did a search but nothing came up. Went to SkyKat but shipping seemed a bit pricey.

I'm looking to buy Volume II right away and then Volume I in a week or two.

Look at accessories > books > rigging books and manuals. It the same price as SkyKat's..
