  1. You really think that is a good solution/good "plan", and would be effective? Serious question. You really, really do believe/think this? Whats the point? I never mentioned that this is a good/pefect plan or good solution. But in trouble this will work, you can even enforce it by using a nylon screw, so you will have a single point of brake by specific amount of force, which you easily achieve ( when all the spinach was eaten ;-) ) example screw... (you will have to look for the exact size) http://www.conrad.de/ce/ProductDetail.html?hk=WW4&insert=V0&WT.mc_id=Froog&productcode=839993&utm_source=google&utm_medium=deeplink&utm_content=dl_article&utm_campaign=g_shopping Your also can simply lift up the whole visor or open the strap and get off your complete helmet, therefore use a chinstrap splint in a screw shaft in one helmet side. Can be done with ease. it´s up to you... or bonehead ;-)
  2. ...at least here is another GoPro Mount method, which I also found at the Net. - Use a Dremel, drill a centered sinkhead screw hole into a adheisive mount - Get a 4-5 mm longer screw - Use loctite to lock the screw (super ultra mega strong :-) ) - I hotglued a little piece of adheisive surface to the static strap (more stability, avoiding moving while mount/unount the cam) This all can be totally removed, to unlock loctite use simply a soldier iron heat it shortly over 150°C. It will destroy the lock. Ok there is no quick realease with it, but in worst case, grab it and brake it off by hand. Attached some pictures to it. Cheers & BS.
  3. At first the revolve helmet seemed perfect for me, to go with a conturHD, now having the revolve and decided to go with a GoPro3, I am in a blind alley. That can´t be... I really like my revolve, as i appreciate having a closed helmet in freefall and open the face visor for great surround view on canopy fly. What about having a mount similar to the known conturHD on the left side in a "L" bracket with form giving surrounding to avoid line-jam arround the gopro mount?? This would also keep the functionality to open/close remove the front face visor. Imagine the attachmant photo on a revolve with safe aero-form giving surrounding in a slim side mount. Any more suggestions?
  4. I was on vacation there, met some really very friendly and nice guys there, had some nice jumps with them. You will find all you really need except a packing hall (why not in hangar?? prevents sunshine on the rig, sunburn and windy packjobs ;-) ) After sunset there is a nice bar to sit together. Camping, showers etc. is also possible (I stayed at a hotel at seaside) Oover all, good for some jumps, but for more attraction and jumping enjoy lifts up to 4000m would be nice ;-) cu/bs and happy landings.
