Well, not for every day, but one neat one was a Tiger Moth, a two-place taildragger biplane. At the top of a loop, standing up on the front seat and holding onto the top wing, popping out upside down like a champagne cork.
This was in Lincolnshire, England, a buncho years ago.

Well, I live really near to your place and am available. Unfortunately I know nothing about hotel management except as a frequent customer.

Air to air radios really don't work well in freefall because of the noise. I know, I've tried. Our local CRW demo team uses Radio Shack radios; they say the air to air range is only about 50 feet. The ones they are using are old/discontinued but RS has a newer equivalent. If you want a reference, I can give you some.
