  1. Believe me, I know to stay away...my bf was reading it and I saw it. All your dropzone are belong to us
  2. I hear this from guys all the time and I think it's such BS! Needs a thread all it's own. No woman goes after a guy who treats her like crap, and no guy gets a girl by treating her like crap. That's just an excuse some men use to delude themselves. If she's not into you, she's not into you. I recently came across a thread on my bf's car forum that some guy started bec. he dated this girl a few times and didn't get any further than "let's just be friends". He described himself as a "nice guy". I was actually stunned at the venom that was directed towards women from the men on the forum (the majority of whom alluded to violence towards women as the solution. Supposed to be "jokes" of course). In fact the title of the thread was "Women are so stupid". I do agree that there are some women who have a hard time leaving a bad relationship, usually after investing their time and emotion, but that certainly does not describe the majority. 6. "I think some people *like* having some drama in their lives.. In her defence, she is the nicest person I've ever met and she has a heart of gold. She's lovely, lovely, lovely, but so damned flakey!! I don't know why she puts herself through all this agony.. " I think you hit the nail right there...some people like the drama, are almost addicted to it, and it gives them the attention they want/need. She's a grown woman who I'm sure recognizes a 1-niter for what it is, but dramatize it and she's got attention (even ours). Sometimes people like that are "fun" but in small doses. Most times though they are a lot of WORK and they can suck the life outta you. She's lucky to have a friend like you, Nataly. All your dropzone are belong to us
  7. I'm a divorced mom of 2 and I made my first jump a million, trillion years ago. It was the most amazing experience I'd ever had and nothing since has ever compared. All these years I've never stopped thinking about and lusting over it. I'm planning on doing it again next summer and would like to continue on to become a real jumper, as my finances allow. 8. I have a motorhead boyfriend who thinks that mod'g when you're broke just doesn't make sense. He mods when he can afford to and has found other ways to enjoy and express his passion for cars that do not involve going into debt. It's great to have a hobby that inspires passion (like skydiving) and a sign of maturity when you can express that passion in ways that don't negatively affect other areas of your life.
