Improving my S-Fly Access Flying
Titanium_Gecko replied to Titanium_Gecko's topic in Wing Suit Flying
Cheers, RMK. 4 access jumps in a day and I'm feeling the tricep burn late into the day. Hopefully, I'm developing some muscle memory....lol. I'm off climbing for a week tomorrow so will look at my diary when back. www.gathhelmets.co.uk www.flyyourbody.com -

Ok, cheers for the reply. Please can you give me an idiots guide on "breaking" and "speeding" in the Access? I'm engineer so reasonably bright but my FJC was a bit unique. Ta www.gathhelmets.co.uk www.flyyourbody.com -
Improving my S-Fly Access Flying
Titanium_Gecko replied to Titanium_Gecko's topic in Wing Suit Flying
Hello All, I've just started wingsuit jumping with 10 jumps on the Access (whilst working abroad) and I'm struggling to break, go slower than, 80mph. I am talking to the guys on the ground at my DZ but need a bit more help. I know it is all going to be about practice and patients, like learning to walk after breaking bones, however..... Does anyone have any specific pointers on body, arm/shoulder and leg positioning or Access suit flying in general, please? I'm jumping an M+ sized suit and have to hold the tops of grips to tension the wings enough to fly my circuits. Many thanks, TG www.gathhelmets.co.uk www.flyyourbody.com
