  1. Which ones should I get? http://www.bleudame.com/product_info.php?cPath=122&products_id=7040 ps. for what it's worth, i'm really fair skinned "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  2. I trust NOTHING that was thought up at a gold coast bonfire!!! hahah and as for the shrooms...well... we survived. barely. and now i burp. And I don't know if getting a boyfriend would actually reduce my stress levels, but hell, I'd give it a try. Where do I sign up! "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  3. Haven't chewed gum in about 5 years...hurts my jaw too much. And no significant issues in the bathroom area either. I don't even toot a lot. It's all about burping in this body. I do thank my lucky stars that the problem is burping and not farting... "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  4. ok, so here's my problem: I burp. Alot. Excessively. I'm not the only one who has noticed which sucks, but it's something I have to do or the enormous amount of pressure that builds in my stomach/throat is unbearable. And we aren't talking baby burps here. A belch is probably more apt to describe it. I've seen a specialist...he told me I was stressed and needed a boyfriend. I don't believe that. And what the fuck kind of doctor tells you that you need to get a boyfriend. THANKS, ASSHOLE! Another doctor said it's acid reflux. Really? I didn't know EVERYTHING (including breathing) could cause acid reflux. Nothing particular causes this. Just eating or ingesting anything in general does the job and makes it last..I dunno...days. Another doctor put me on a series of acid reflux treatments of which none of them reduced the problem at all. I can trace the symptoms as far back as about 3 years ago when two friends and I decided that drinking a half gallon-ish of freshly made shroom tea was a great idea. The 'boyfriend' doctor said this couldn't be the cause because things like that clear from your system. I personally think such a traumatic experience (and boy was it traumatic) could cause permanent damage. Any other suggestions? Should I just keep going from doctor to doctor until someone finds a cause and maybe even a cure? I've tried EVERYTHING. Yoga, therapy, and (duh) skydiving to reduce stress. Herbs, vitamins, medicines. Nothing. Nothing, nothing, nothing. It's embarassing, uncomfortable, and unladylike. Why me? "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  5. Bikram (Hot) Yoga is my advice. It's 90 minutes long and held in a room where the temp. is about 102 degrees. The heat allows muscles to stretch easier. However, in a case like yours where you have serious problems of stretching, you need to make sure not to over do it in the room. Sometimes the heat gives people the Superman syndrome and makes them feel like they can exert their body more than it allows. So: Take baby steps. The more you go, the better it will get and the easier it will be. I HIGHLY recommend it! Oh yes, and to fix posture always stay conscious of your shoulders. (pick your shoulders up, back, then down is what my chorus teacher always taught us) Shoulders back always makes for better posture. Hope it helps "Love all. Trust few. 6. lol all the books are great reads..and that's coming from someone who typically doesn't even like novels "google challenged" indeed...i only clicked on a few that led to websites hosted [more than likely] by pre-teens & adolescents whose website looked, let's say, 'less than reliable' ...guess i should have looked harder "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  7. you know it! gotta love those teenage vampire love stories... thanks for the info! "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  8. Does anyone know if this model car actually exists? I've tried googling it, but the only references I find are from the book I'm currently reading. "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176

  12. Sarcasm? You know...Denise Richards... 'famous' for her pool scene in Wild Things and more recently the drama with her ex hubs Charlie Sheen. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000612/ "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  13. Ding dang, do you work for blackberry or something because you totally just sold me! High five on laying out the pros and cons. While I would love to wait for the blackberry bold, I don't know how long verizon's switch-it-for-free offer will last. I don't want a touchscreen because they frustrate me (as I've learned with the Voyager) so I don't even need to worry about liking the Thunder. once again, thanks for all the feedback! I think I'll be going for the World Edition...in Red (my favorite color!) "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  14. For any of you who give a crap, they're out there filming something right meow... doesn't look like her reality show either.
  15. I think maybe our definitions of "Jump your Bones" differs from yours to mine. haha yes, poor choice of words. "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  16. haha i love lolcats!!!! thanks for all the replies peeps. i figure the change is inevitable...i'm sure once i get a grown-up job out of college they will make me get one anyway...i guess i can beat 'em to the punch "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  17. I'm thinking about switching to a blackberry and wanted to know what the word on the street is... I have Verizon & my Voyager sucks balls (I'm on phone #4 due to technical complications) so they are giving me the option to switch it for a BB. Do you recommend it? I've received mixed reviews so I'm a bit on the fence... "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  18. touché, my friend. after reading the other thread that was posted, I understand that viewpoint much clearer. I guess its just my opinion that I don't think a person who does one tandem is qualified as a skydiver, only because I definitely didn't consider myself one after three tandems, let alone one. let it be noted that I do see that there are exceptions to every 'rule'. but as you said, "It could be argued that, you are what you see yourself as, as opposed to how the rest of the world sees you. " (^ i love this!--mind if use it in my signature??) "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  19. lol, well your wink gave it away as a joke, but do trust that sometimes people aren't so quick to give away those winks!! "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  20. Grr. I prefer to do my own research as well as search posts *which I did* (though your search result was much more helpful than what I found)... might I add this is why I'm scared to post on here most of the time... people are quick to jump your bones if you do something wrong "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  21. precisely my point...one year out compared to how many in? I mean seriously...you have a D license--that should give you some leverage or something! "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176
  22. haha that seems about right... not to mention perverted & mostly obscene (in the best way, of course) "Love all. Trust few. Do wrong to none." -Shakespeare Gold Coast Skydivers Pink Mafia #176

  24. For entertainment purposes I would like to hear what your definition of a skydiver is! We all know that if you did a tandem once like 4 years ago, that doesn't qualify you as a skydiver... but I've always been curious about how we define ourselves. -Jen
  25. Only a couple of months... It was the only person I knew from outside of skydiving, and was actually surprised to find out they he had started the sport. He was my best friend's dad whom I had known since 8th grade... Tough spot, though because of it I try to stay safer just to know that I don't want my best friend to have to go through that again. -jen "Love all. Trust few.
