  1. Here is the 53-way pic! Roberto Gozzi
  2. The pic is the 50-way we made in jump 3, which was the new record, then the organizers replaced 3 of the 4 cameraflyer with skydivers in the bench to increase the record size to 53, which was set the next jump. Unfortunately the only cameraflyer we had could only shoot videos, not pictures! That's why the video is correct but the picture is not, despite being that of a record the same day, just the jump before. Roberto Gozzi
  3. Here is the video: https://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/photo.php?v=2426203543662 and I attach a picture. The skydive was from 1 skyvan + 2 porters + 1 turbo finist. Exit altitude 15k (4500 m.). Roberto Gozzi
  4. On saturday October 8th, 2011, in Arezzo, 53 skydivers set the new italian FS record. It was long overdue since the previous one (48-way) was set in 2000. Marco Arrigo's goals for the next year are to go bigger to 80 before summer and, possibly, to 100 before the end of the year! It was great. Good luck! Stay safe! Roberto Gozzi
  5. RIP Keith, I'll never forget you. Roberto Gozzi
  6. Last September I bought two of them, but a few days later I discovered that one was not performing well and it was difficult to close the battery slot. I wrote L&B about that and they asked me to ship to their office. In just a week I got a new one back, working perfectly. I was using a Pro-Track before I lost it in freefall, I am still using it satisfactorily and I will keep using it in the future. Thanks guys, it's powerful!
  7. There are some DZ's near Milan and Venice. They are Verona, Thiene, Salgareda and Cremona, their websites are: http://www.paracadutismoverona.it/ http://www.skydivethiene.it/ http://www.cpvpara.com/ http://www.skyteamcremona.it/ but as far as I know they are open only on WE's. The only DZ open 7/7 (but you'd better call) is in Arezzo: http://www.skydivetortuga.com/ which is near Florence and quite a bit far from Milan and Venice. Roberto Gozzi
  8. I know these two links: http://www.skyday.net/en/ http://www.freefly.com/ but as of today, Aug.27, at 17:15 (championship time), both of them show no results. The latter one has some pictures online, but still no results! Maybe general interests in this discipline is not so high even among official sites. The FAI page: http://events.fai.org/parachuting/details.asp?id=3471/ has a link to the first above cited. Roberto Gozzi
