  1. Doing great Joe thanks! And same to you! Into ground launching/speedflying... the endless swoop! Cheers!!
  2. Also, Parachutist posted a full page photo that I took of Wyat Drewes swooping Joe's pond back in 2007 shown here on my insta: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cg2AhuTuraC/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== That pond was so special and I have such great memories of it. Joe was one of the BIGGEST supporters of swooping back then. He must have experienced some real trauma to fill in that beautiful pond. Cheers - Peace - and Blue Skies
  3. I'm here to confirm with video proof that Joe did have one of the sweetest swoop ponds around (it was almost always downwind, so super fast and super fun). I did my first water toe drags on that pond on my 59 sq ft Icarus NEOS in 2006 using a 270° turn. Here is some video of those unforgettable swoops that Wyat Drewes captured on a Sony PC5 camcorder. https://youtu.be/edPXxEOxtJg
  4. This? Oh it's nothing. Just a 2003 throwback to my 448th skydive over the tallest sea cliffs IN THE WORLD (Molokai, Hawaii) with late skydiving legend Wyat Drewes and friend Kyle. #braggingrights Nothing to see here. Move along.
  5. I totally forgot I posted this. I don't come here often. Sorry I ghosted the thread guys. The title of the thread was really all I had to say anyways. Enjoying reading the responses though.
  6. Using airplanes for fun! HOW DARE YOU! We'll be watching you...
  7. You are correct sir. I launched my 59 sqft Icarus NEOS off the same hill a few times. On this one, I hit some dirty air right at take off. https://www.facebook.com/daredevilgirldiana/videos/215842822677070/ Have you ever ground launched a skydiving wing? It's quite fun and even just mastering kitting your wing can improve canopy skills greatly!! YouTube Channel name is Daredevil Girl https://www.youtube.com/daredevilgirldiana
  8. Sooooo..... when are y'all going to talk about ground launching and how much it improves canopy skills? Do you even ground launch bro? Video or it didn't happen. https://youtu.be/xYi8_6VmC4c YouTube Channel name is Daredevil Girl https://www.youtube.com/daredevilgirldiana
