My message to everyone...get those smaller suits out of the closet, and work on flying them long and hard. Fly a small suit at 95% and work your ass off, instead of flying a big suit and flying at at 45%.
The big suits are fun at breakoff, sometimes needed for heavy folks.
But look at most videos out there. Usually half of the fabric is just hanging back, instead of being a proper tight flying surface..fly, fly, fly!

OH ! What happen to you....B|

Any chance at throwing some more vid on Jullien onto the Tubes Patrick?

For the moment, he's is training in North Carolina with the french national VRW team.

  3. The aim of the expert and the pro-fly is tension in the suit, this is the way it has been built, inflation is there to give a nice shape to the suit.

Loic use to do a lot of sailing when he was young, talk to him and he will give you his thoughts about sails, tension and speed.

  4. OK, OK, OK Jarno ! you are right !

I'm sure it is still possible to order a matter MTR3 suit...;)

to resume and from my little point of view :

the main caracteristic of the mono wing is the need of putting "tension" in the suit and having a tonic body position during flight... similar to freefly.

the more energy you give, the more you get ! Babylon team wingsuiting remain the best example !

I like both type, it's just the attitude who 's different !

    cheerio :)

Where tri-wing flying is a rigid body, and flapping wings and opening/closing them and the mono-wing technique is always having the wings open and tight, and working with the angle of your body and chest a lot more to get where you want to go.

and also allows you to move your hips inside the suit...;)

  10. the s-fly expert is a great suit that fits beginners as well as more advance wingsuit flyers. it allows you to go on all kind of aerobatic flights (head down, carving, etc..) flocking, base and so much more to discover.
you really need to work with your body to improve your flights and get all tha range the suit can give.
The best example is to watch the guys from babylon...
I have more than 800 flights with this suit and i'm still learning a lot !
the only critic would be backfying with it, takes a lot more time to find the right position in compare to other backvented suits. B|

  11. the profly is similar to an expert with much more fabric (20%) wich give the suit more forward speed but less reactivity.

this suit is more dedicated to base and If you want to compare, it's similar to a vampire in terms of performance. The non-grip version is more preferred today.

I have heard..;) that a more dedicated flocking suit from s-Fly will be presented soon....
