Hi people. I´m just about to buy a JVX. Now I´m not sure what size I should pick. I have flown a Velo111 at 2.4 but lost weigth and the JVX 96 would put me at 2.4. Is that the sweet spot for the canopy? I have heard about things like warning label on the bottom of the sail and the competition line trim. I´m not sure if I should leave the attachment point away... Does it make a difference in the performance? Are there other things to think about, when buying the JVX - I thought of the huge container I will need Does anybody know when the new PD ZBrace is coming out on the market? Should I wait? Will Daedaluscanopies come out with a JVX ZBrace too? Sorry for the hole bunch of questions and thanks in advance for any hint. BlueS Patrice

Yes I was taklking about PDs new weapon... I´m pretty enthousiastic to see this thing. Even though it might be so expensive... hopefully not. If the canopy will be released at PIA, is it normal that it will be sold in 2007 or could it take another couple years to be on the market? @ Shadowswoop: Nice job!!! Tobi told me about your swoop and was pretty impressed.

Hi Chuck. We sure have weight restrictions... overseas... We have the same rules as you guys "overseas" have... But I don´t know (!) if this specific jump was made in accomodation to the weight restrictions. Off topic - sorry .... are there any infos when the new z-brace canopy will be out? I also wear Kangaroos. That way I don´t need an RDS pocket on my pants. I just stuff the slider and PC in the shoe pocket.

Sorry. I guess I didn´t explain myself well enough. I just wanted to know if, when using the full RDS, and doing hop ´n pops, tail burning can be prevented by directly throwing out the handdeploy without ANY freefall, instead of a for example 5 second delay. No concerns, I didn´t want to use the full RDS on a tandem video

Is there any way except of neat packing to prevent this? I guess that the full RDS is only to use with hop ´n pops... which have really no freefall at all...
