  1. Hi

I'll be in Twin Falls from around 5/6 November until the week of the Turkey Boogie and I'm looking for a ride from Twin Falls to Moab for the Turkey Boogie.

If you're going that way and you have space, hook a brother up, please.

I'll pay for gas and drinks... :)
PM or post if you can help.

    thanks!

I recently came into some time to travel, so I'm going to TF and then the Turkey Boogie in Moab.

I need a ride from Moab to SLC airport on Monday. 28 November.

If you're going that way, please hook a brother up with a ride, I'll buy the gas and some drinks!

Please PM or post if you can help out.

    hey Lonnie

for the benefit of the masses here, maybe you should have added that the van was driving at a significant speed over a bridge....

that was the coolest jump video I have seen,

    you are the man!

'low and stowed' - it's the Canadian way...

  4. goede morgen, Ronald, hoe gaat dit?

    PM sent.

I don't have such hard feelings about this, I just think timing could have been better and I'll happily discuss that anytime we're on the same object.

For the record, I didn't want a TV crew there at all, I was just making fun of the way the media always spins basejumps.

I apologize for calling PCA, I didn't see the exit and other people had said PCA.

    Were you jumping a Raven?

Don't know about 2003, but I am aware of what happened there in 2004, involving a really inappropiate way to access the object and the ensuing arrival of State Troopers. Followed later by the object strike incident.

    see you around

PS - realised I could still edit my first post, so I did, to correct the PCA/handheld mistake and tone it down a bit

  5. saw these Belgium & Dutch dudes at that nearby low bridge with their newscrew in tow....

nice work, guys, dragging a TV crew to that object at that time of year and day for your own glorification... [:/] timing could have been better

Commentary is not too impressive unfortunately. Apparently we "live for the adrenaline rush we get from opening our parachute the last possible second."

  6. right on, RhondaLea ! (nice to have met you, BTW)

    bridgeday was AWESOME this year

the weather certainly made up for that 30 knot icerain that hit me in the face last year... ;)

some strange winds and more trains than I knew existed in the USA, but generally wonderful conditions for most of the day

and that Harry Parker on the exit Mic made the 2 hours I stood in line between jumps # 2 and 3 very bearable - that guy's a riot - I hope they get him next year too

I'd like to say a MAJOR THANK YOU to everyone who was involved in making this event happen, you rock!
