in my experience the ground crew needs to be a bail bondsman with cash in his pocket. he needs to be a real good lair. maybe even a lawyer. next he needs to have an extensive first aid kit and be a red cross certified adult CPR. he needs to have a fast car with fake license plates too. he needs to be equipped with two way radio to alert jumpers and have a flag for wind direction. it wouldn't hurt if he could also pack you up while you rest for the next jump. other than that i think most anyone would be fine to take along.

i have never packed with a slider.... i think i have it figured out except for what to do with it when i pull the canopy into the container.. does the slider just lay there. can it get caught on anything?? such as the toggles.

hey i only have 14 base jumps from the prienne. i am in jackson ms. and have many towers within a few minutes drive. just wondering if anyone is close enough or knows someone who is and would like to come along. i am going scouting and will check email later, dale

hey i just finished the base course and have 14 jumps from the bridge...... i found a tower at home and noticed a number on it.. is there any where to look this number up and see how tall the tower is????? i have a sectional but i am not sure that this is the tower on the sectional.
