  2. He did an excellent video of my first jump that puts a smile on my face everytime i watch it and will continue to do so. My condolences to his family and those who were close to him.
  3. interesting to hear that even experienced sky divers are dealing with fear.. thats nice to know!
  4. 69% niiiiice funny but it seems like this years experiences have pushed that score up
  5. hey m8 i just done the same thing so i wouldn't worry!!! My first Dummy Pull i got it but de-arched so this time i focused on my arch and missed the damn thing... but hey i had great body position so next time (hopfully the weekend) im going to combine the two and have it all perfect!!! I'm going to practice a little more in the ground so i know instinctively where it is.
  6. hehe it's actually the excitement thats been keeping me awake and after dreaming about me jumps i cant get back to sleep.... well it's nearly the weekend.. hoping to get the the DZ for sunday!!! /me gets down on knees and prays to weather god!! :)
  7. Hey all!! From UK and did me first jump on Saturday, had to return to do 2 more on the monday as it's just mental. one question though.. how come i wake up each nite since my first jump after dreaming of jumping :o) i actually wake up with a massive adrenaline rush... amazing.... :o)
  8. well after reading the other reviews i had to add my comments as i just haven't had the bad experience that others have detailed. I have only done a few jumps and yes al of them at headcorn so have nothing to compare with but..... staff have been more than helpfull and have been friendly, strict in their checks and encouraged me to come down even on crap weather days and they will provide help, answer questions and let me watch training videos etc... Experience jumpers have made the effort to speak to me and chat about experiences, this really helped and i didn't feel a tit being the new boy in me boiler suit!! ;o) yeah ok facilities aint great, food is so so and toilets are well......hhhmmm nuff said. oh yeah the sheep shit... makes you get that flare right pretty quickly!!!
