anyone hear any news on viso, skeptical about neptune because i know people have had problems w em. Wondering if anyone owns a viso and what you think about it don't try your bullshit with me!!!

my next question is how long of risers will i need and once i have learned to swoop this canopy consistently will there be any bad habits from swooping a canopy like this. and then changing to something like a crossfire 2 don't try your bullshit with me!!!

i am jumping a viper 150 loaded at 1.5 having trouble staying consistent on swoops because the canopy flys with a very flat glide. if the approach isnt perfect it comes out too soon. was thinking of crossfire 2 149 because i want to stay at the same wing loading for at least four or five hundred more jumps are there any suggestions at what different things that i can do with my current canopy to help improve my swooping or would i be better off getting a canopy with a steeper glide angle don't try your bullshit with me!!!

i think the best person for advice is Isaiah McCauliffe at performance designs so just call pd and ask for him and they should hook you up he is extremely knowledgable and will not steer you in the wrong direction don't try your bullshit with me!!!

please when you get your advice know who your getting it from, be sure that this person has a ton of credibility at the dz and in the sport more importantly. I say this because there a a few people who are instructors and who are idiots and have had multiple malfunctions canopy accidents, etc. but their putting out students. i have almost 500 jumps now and have probably triple the experience these people do and have absolutely 0 intesrest in being a coach or instructor until i have a ton i mean a ton more experience. They are idiots and one instrutor just last week was ripped of of the step and destroyed the tail of the aircraft because he was "making love" to the strut with his pilot chute and he almost took the student with him. I have not said this to be a dick or tell you that your staff is incompetent I have just witnessed to many low time jumpers with basically no experience, with the idea it would be cool to be an instructor tell too many new time jumpers the wrong advice. have fun and never never be afraid to ask questions thanks, Joel don't try your bullshit with me!!!

maybe i have worded myself wrong are there any tricks to packing faster than what i can right now other than experience don't try your bullshit with me!!!

if the canopy doesnt like it then i wont do it anymore, just want to eliminate every needless step possible don't try your bullshit with me!!!

ive got packing time down to 6 to 7 mostly 7min. seen certain ways to flake the canopy so that all lines fall into place, but best i can do is have a b c lines in place without touching them, then i flake the d lines, lines in the center material outside. saw a thread that explained the flaking technique but couldn't really follow. I have spoke w/ several riggers about packing faster, as in eliminating needless steps. i have 450 jumps with no mals so im doin good so far and can pack faster than everyone at the dz except for two guys given they have thousands of jumps but i feel that i can push it more and want to make sure im not missing anything and would like to find the speed tricks. I jump a viper 150 fully elliptical, but is a very soft and consistent opener in case that matters thanks all, Joel don't try your bullshit with me!!!

awsome they have all corners covered with the functionality of the rig if they can match the comfortable feel of the voodoo they will have a virtually perfect rig

They need to make an upward closing flap and secondary riser covers if they expect to compete with any of the freefly rigs. I saw my flap open a few times sit flying and there is no good excuse for anybody for that!

I started psycho packing and I lost less altitude and had softer openings and I am very happy withit so far don't try your bullshit with me!!!

dont worry about the nose so much worry about the slider. when you are pro packing pull the slider over the nose and quarter the slider like you normally would but keep the nose covered up by the slider. you can also pull the slider all the way through towards the nose. That was the suggestion made by a rigger and it helped to where i could get my triathlon 190 to snivel for as long as was neccesary. feet and knees together AIRBORNE!!! don't try your bullshit with me!!!

I have recently started jumping a viper 150 and the openings snivel too long for my comfort should I try to Phsycho pack. I have kept the slider out of the way enough to where it should open quicker but not slam me but it hasnt changed much in the amount of altitude that is burnt up as the canopy snivels. don't try your bullshit with me!!!
