  1. I have the exact same problem. My ears would kill me scuba diving or commercial flying. It got so bad when I first started skydiving that I saw a doctor. He said I had some inner ear bone disfiguration that was aggravating the problem, but I started taking psuedophed and a couple of squirts of Afrin on jump days and it really helps. Just don't overdo the Afrin. Buzzards gotta eat... Same as worms.
  2. I was a martial artist when I started skydiving and I think it helped me. Ironically, my instructor had studied one of the same arts as I and he used several martial arts metaphors to help me in my A training. I did pretty well in freefall, but landing was always a challenge for me. I think martial arts training has helped me survive some pretty bad landings though. Its also a good sport for bad weather days. I do both sports now and I think they make a great combo. Buzzards gotta eat... Same as worms.

Soon as I'm rested up I'll be back. This time I'll stay at the dropzone and stick with the beer on tap. No more tequila on jump days! Buzzards gotta eat... Same as worms.

No headless body, but there was a tooth on the seat. Not one of mine. Buzzards gotta eat... Same as worms.

I had great time jumping with you guys last week, but we missed you at the margarita party. I woke up Sunday morning somewhere near College Station in my jeep with a dead battery and a terrible hangover. I only had two jumps in my log book from Wednesday. Does anybody know what happened between Wednesday and Sunday? I don't think I can hang with that Aggieland crowd on a regular basis. Buzzards gotta eat... Same as worms.
  6. I like to listen to Santana when I eat Texmex. Actually, I could live on Texmex. Jeuvos rancheros for breakfast. A light lunch of tacos and enchiladas. Then a nice big fajita dinner with a pitcher of margaritas. Then do it all again the next day. Buzzards gotta eat... Same as worms.
  7. I'm planning to show up. Buzzards gotta eat... Same as worms.
