  1. "Lane, I've been going to this high school for seven and a half years.....I'm no dummy." ----------------- "I could be at home right now drinking some killer eggnog my brother makes with lighter fluid." ----------------- "I hear your kung fu is good, but once you know mine, YOU'LL BE DEAD!" - INVIDKLLR - www.invidkllr.com

  5. Skydive San Marcos. I've heard nothing but good things about the place and the people there, so that's who I went with. I don't think I'll be dissappointed. It's a nice facility. - INVIDKLLR - www.invidkllr.com
  6. ok back in the early 80's there was the japanese/translated for US cartoon/anime called Robotech. Well the second generation series had some bad aliens called the Invid that came to earth to enslave humans. I'm a good guy (I like to think) so if I would have been an invid killer, shorten for simplicity invidkllr. It also makes for a great rap name. I came up with it around 1997 and it just stuck. so more about me www.invidkllr.com - INVIDKLLR - www.invidkllr.com
  7. I'm sure my first solo will be crazy fun. Tandem for me was more like something I had to do before getting to the good stuff. And I was still concentrating on the tasks so much that I think I forgot to remember I was actually free falling. And plus with my JM having over 7000 tandem jumps under his belt, the risk was way low. But these are all good things. I'm not saying it wasn't fun and exciting, just not as much as my first solo will be. WOOHOOOO! - INVIDKLLR - www.invidkllr.com
  8. Greetings all, I'm a newbie to the skies after doing two instructional tandems. Next is ground school and AFF2. I've been an outside viewer of the DropZone for a while, but now I suppose I feel "worthy" to be included. I've always wanted to skydive and as a kid always said "For my 18th birthday I'm skydiving." and I would say that every year when I thought about it. well 11 years later, a marriage, a kid, a divorce, I finally told myself, WTF, if I don't make an appointment to do it I won't do it. So I did and here I am. I needed a new craziness to throw into my life, as if skateboarding in empty swimming pools and ditches, playing guitar in a metal/hardcore band and riding my bike 185 miles in two days wasn't crazy enough. My 2 tandems were exciting but not life changing. I am hoping that my first solo (AFF) will be more thrilling. So that's me in a nutshell. I have a few websites and I'm an open book for any discussion. Hope to see you either in the forums or in the skies. www.invidkllr.com www.thekillingword.com www.pedichad.com Skydive San Marcos is my DZ, I'm in Austin, TX. Laters - INVIDKLLR - www.invidkllr.com
