I I decide I don't like it after I get it ill just have it lasered off.

Mate........ Do a bit of homework! Its a lot more painful then getting a Tattoo and if you think its going to look like it did before the tattoo think again. Ive seen some pretty good scars left afterwards.

Go to a tattooist and make sure you tell him 'its alright .... I can always laser it off if i don't like it!' and watch his face when you tell him.

Just a bad attitude to have when looking for a Tattoo maybe start with a pierced ear? work up to an eyebrow ring? You could always hang a closing pin off it and talk to people about that?
.....And you thought Kiwis couldn't fly!!!!

  2. Back home the naming of your new puppy always lasted a few weeks.........And after you have walked enough beaches... and asked enough bikini clad beauties there opinion an educated decision can be made !!B|:DB|:D

.....And you thought Kiwis couldn't fly!!!!

  3. I grew up behind a tattooist and have designed a few for friends of mine,
I would suggest getting a picture drawn and putting it up next to your bed for 6 months....... If after waking up and looking at that picture every morning if you still think it looks as good and you havent seen something you might like better after looking at tat mags in that time....Go for it!Just Remember tattoos last a lot longer than most marriages these days and laser surgery is expensive fuckin painful and scars! So you should put SOME thought into it

And think about work in the future and coving them.... As my old man used to say "Ive never seen someone discriminated against because they DIDNT have Tattoos"

  4. Anyone ever seen the LYRE bird!!!!!! Quite easily the MOST vocally talented bird in the world!!!!!!!

Lives only in Australia and can mimic pretty much any sound!!!!

I saw one start of mimicking the other birds (it can do them all pretty much) then because of the loggers in the forrest all of a sudden you hear a car alarm!...Then chainsaws....Then the tree falling into the forest Even...a cell phone ringing and they all sound like they have been recorded on a tape and played back!!!

If you can find a link to check out this bird you wont regret it!!;););)

    Very true Pops.

And to the guy who feels that way, yes, I really did nurse 2 mice back to relative normalcy and let them go in my garden again. I have no problem with the critters in my yard. A chipmunk gave birth in my house then died (of natural causes as far as I know) in my house and I raised the 2 babies (Squeak, Stumpy, and Annie) until they were big enough to fend for themselves too.

I have no problem with barn/farm cats.... they do a job, they are generally to some degree feral. House cats are not feral, they are pets.

Hmmm. Feral.(esp. of an animal) in a wild state, esp. after escape from captivity or domestication : a feral cat

So i guess my cat is a little feral..he can ESCAPE my captivity...but ive never wanted to hold him captive so i guess its alright by me!
Ive worked for the department of conservation for a few years helping native birds and plants teaching at primary schools the importance of the environment and native bush often finding and helping injured ones .But at the same time have no problems putting a bullet between the eyes of any fluffy rabbit possum or ( a proper ) feral cat to restore a bit of balance!!.

Now im in sydney and possum are a protected species... its weird but cool i can go to the park and watch them without having to kill them!

And nursing mice back to life is great...even though once you had nursed them back to life they where then eaten by a bird ,another cat, dog, mousetrap(yes people actually go out of there way to kill mice and rats:o ).....and a question for you.... would you have nursed it back to health if instead if being a cute mouse it was a smelly rat with scars, maybe half an ear?

Sorry ranting now:) it would be wrong of me to say you where silly to help those mice ...unless of course your town had a mouse problem :)

As both a cat owner and former neighbor of someone who let their cat out most of the time, I do feel it's neglectful. My 3 cats are never allowed out, and they are perfectly happy hunting bugs in the house and sunning themselves in the huge windows.

My neighbor's cat has killed more birds, rabbits, and fish in my fishpond than I can count. I have rescued everything from mice to rabbits from it, so it's not guesswork that the carnage in my yard is from this thing.... he doesn't eat them, just kill them. So I pellet gun the fucker in the butt. Not enough to hurt it or embed the pellet in the skin, I only pump the gun up enough to sting him a little. Not everyone is as nice as I am... that cat will end up hit by a car or shot with something more powerful than my pellet gun one day.

Just because not all your neighbors complain doesn't mean they appreciate your cat in their yard... it's rude to them. A cat doesn't understand traffic, it's neglectful to let it out to play in traffic like that. Cats who are kept in the house are perfectly happy being kept in the house. If you want to let him outside, do it in a fenced yard and supervised.... that's responsible pet ownership.

Edited to add I really do hope yours comes back fine and healthy... As much as I bitch about cats, I really would be crushed if anything happened to one of ours.

Your kidding right...... Who would keep a cat inside its whole life[:/]
just like seeing a tiger in a big cage!! Sure your cat might be CONTENT but it doesn't know any better..... Tell your neighbor to put a bell on his cat Put a bit of wire over your pond and be happy its killing the mice and rabbits it sounds like you have in your garden!!!! I suppose you nursed the mice back to health and let them go maybe into your garden again????

My cat is the mother of all rat and mice catchers but he gets a bell during the day. If i tried to now keep him inside for the rest of his life he would go nuts...No way i could do that its just not right. If he dies .... he dies.... But at least my cats LIVED fought for its little piece of territory and become a great little hunter!

And who lets countless numbers of there fish to die without doing anything... Responsible pet ownership???

Live traps can work. and id place them around your old house... Even though you've moved your cat probably has a nice bit of territory and wont be giving it up without a fight so thats probably where hes been heading ...This can lead to problems especially if it has to now cross roads to get there. I hope everything works out for the best and it turns back up. Its never nice to loose a pet [:/]

The longest ive herd of a cat going missing was my mate moggy who disappeared for a week and a half then turned back up safe and sound . :)

Im pretty sure if you want to play with AVCHD and final cut express You are going to need an intel processor! You will still be able to use it but not for that HD you where planning on later in the year .... Not sure about pro though but your local apple store should be able to tell you.:)

I have a friend with a sony HDD and he can only grab SD on his G5 and if he want HD ive got to do it for him:S

This is only because he has both sd and HD footage on the camera.. He can grab HD from it but only if he deletes all the SD from the camera (not very clear about that sorry:$)
.....And you thought Kiwis couldn't fly!!!!

  11. Sounds like youve got minimum requirements for imovie ( unless you have G4 processor then don't bother playing with anything HD)

It depends on the camera as well. some tapeless cameras will not let you take HD if you have a G5 even if you have Imovie08 so you might want to find out from apple if the CX-7 is one of those cameras. I have a friend with a sony HDD and he can only grab SD on his G5 and if he want HD ive got to do it for him:S

Yes,this guy pulled 1500 US$ from a THAI skydiver 23rd march 2.007 with following ad:For Sale:Beautiful Mirage G4 with an even nicer price.
    Price:2.000 USD (Neg)
    Posted on Mar 19 2.007 by:Tod Balon.
I have al e mails and bank documents money transfer THAI bank to UK bank.
Same guy had same ad last week asking 1.850 US $ for the same rig.I asked the mfd and serial numbers of al items and they were the same as previous ad!I informed "DROPZONE" of this scam and the ad was removed.Never send money by WESTERN UNION!But the THAI sent his money by banktransfer and never got news about the MIRAGE G4!!!

If money was sent through the bank surely the matter can be pursued there????
