[replyGetting money back that is rightfully yours, but that the government has "held onto for you" for the past year isn't getting paid--it's getting screwed. Yeah, but if the gov't didn't hold onto it for me, I'd never be able get that big tax return check and quickly blow it on useless crap. Sure, learning to manage my money would work too...

I had the same problem once here in Tennessee. I called my credit card company and asked for a copy of my signed application. It had my old license number, old address, old phone...all that stuff. Just a thought... (Oh, and the credit bureau is another option...)
