So it seems to me like you are doing a hop n pop for your first freefall. What your exit altitude? I didnt do my hop n pop until my 12th jump (and freefall). During my level 1 AFF my jumpmaster pulled for me. When it came time to pull, I waved off and had my hand on the pilot chute for like 2 seconds. For some reason I froze, but as soon as he pulled my hand the pilot chute (which was attached to my hand at that point) came out and I let it go. I survived with a HUGE smile on my face. So what do you suggest we do about guns? Regulate the shit out of them like in Washington D.C. where the murder rate is the highest in the country. Gun control only prevents law abiding citizens from purchasing guns for their own self defense. The criminals who use it for, well, criminal activity dont follow the law. Thats why they call them outlaws. I wonder what the statistics are on how many times guns are used each year for self defense. I have heard upwards of 2 million instances per year. So when there is an intruder in your home and you kill him with a shotgun, is that reflected in the 10,000 muder/year statsitics? I think not. What if you just bransdish the firearm and he gets the hell out of there. Im sure this happens more than we know. Did the thought ever occur to anyone that guns might just save a few lives (let the shit come). I have to disagree with the previous post. Since when was a saw used to kill someone? I did my AFF Level 1-3 there (finished up at Eloy). It was great. All of the jumpmasters I had were great. I especially remember the two on my AFF L1. Joe DiGioia and Vinny Palmieri.
