i had no problem when i had some work done but they said that air pressure change could cause some minor pain due to trapped air...my dentist doesn't even recommend flying for 24 hrs after getting some mayor work done

getting in to a stand from a sit is not that hard...just go out and do it, the wind pressure on your feet should help you a lot
just be sure to have proper upper body position if not you might find your self doing flips
after you get the hang out it start flying with your legs wider and without your arms...really hard...also work your pelvis for movement...forward, backwards, side slides
flying a basic sit or stand is not that hard what is hard is getting really proficient at it
