  1. I tore my Rotator Cuff in 2010, and now have a Slap tear. Follow doctors instructions and do all your PT. You will be back in the sky in no time, and most likely completely pain free
  2. Shoe Goo for the booties will help with longevity (I believe Bev recommends this), and give a little extra grip when holding on outside of the aircraft.
