gus 1 #1 December 5, 2003 I've never been to the nationals before so forgive the stupid questions but how does it work? Does each team go with a pre-coreographed routine or are they given one there and then? How are the teams judged? I looked on the BPA website but couldn't find anything useful. Thanks, GusOutpatientsOnline.com
jerry81 10 #2 December 5, 2003 Try the FAI page. Unless british rules are drastically different, the competition consists of free (pre-coreographed) and speed rounds. Moves and docks drawn for the speed rounds are the same for every team, free round, you can do what you want, especially stuff that impresses the judges more than competing teams' routines. skreamer 1 #3 December 5, 2003 As far as I know there is no category in the Artistic Nationals for Floaty Mincing. Sorry.
hkf 0 #4 December 5, 2003 There are 2 classes; A and B. For class A all 3 team members must be FF2, and there are 3 compulsory rounds and 2 Free rounds. For class B at least 1 team member must be FF1 and I believe there are 4 free rounds. Don't assume this will be the case next year, give the BPA a call!
