slotperfect 7 #1 April 7, 2014 I am looking for an image (diagram) of the shape of a progressive 270 turn (not influenced by winds). Does anyone have one? Thanks in advance . . .Arrive Safely John
Pablo.Moreno 0 #2 April 7, 2014 This concept kind of help me to understand what I am looking for when doing rotations. Imaging a barbers pole with a wide top and narrower bottom. now to do a proper 270, what I was doing is add 2 seconds per every 90 I do. For a 450 I would a 10s dive starting with double fronts. so for a 270 I would start with a 4 s double front and 6 s dive. To improve your technique and safety I would recommend you doing a lot of drills up high so you can become effective and consistent with your turn and also knowing you are reaching your max speed for the turn you are making. I am pretty sure this doesn't answer your question, but if nones actually gives you an image ill make one tomorrow.
slotperfect 7 #3 April 7, 2014 The image is for a project, not for training. I guess I should have said that to begin with.Arrive Safely John
