Rdutch 0 #1 July 24, 2002 One thing I have seen begginer swoopers neglecting is learning to land crosswind. It is a very important skill to master. Crosswind landings are a lot different and more difficult to master but if practiced can help you out and with some practice can make for impressive landings. Also in high winds a crosswind landing will allow you a longer swoop as your not hitting the wind head on. Ive seen jimmy T land his canopy in 20 mph winds downwind and carve his canopy back into the wind. But other than that a crosswind landing might be all you can do if you find yourself in the corner and practice at it can save your ass. Ray Ray Small and fast what every girl dreams of!
