So, 2 suggestions - 1) Add "None" to the drop down menu, so you can get rid of what's there. 2) Add "Other" to the drop down menu, which would allow the user to type what he likes. Just totally fixated on the drop-down, and never saw the "Other" either. Bad day for me, I guess. (But hey, even an old dog can learn a new trick or two, sometimes, when everything goes well, and the stars are aligned... . I only recently learned how to "strike out" text.)
