In the picture you will see on the left hand side the words Contact Seller If you go to an ad and click on those words, a form will open where you can fill in information to be sent to the seller. Go to the ad that you want to respond to and give it a try. I know it sounds arbitrary but this was put in place to reduce the possibility of bad people suing the Classifieds as a way to rip off jumpers and unfortunately it catches everyone, not just the bad guys.
