Katrinka 0 #1 December 4, 2005 hi guys! once I heard such phrase from a very experienced ff instructor to his beginning students: " don't go to this tunnel, its very weak for FF, so you will get some wrong habits in FF that will be very difficult to change further..." I do not want call specific tunnel that was mentioned in that conversation. the point is - don't all the tunnels have the same facilities for RW and FF or they can really be different? Its time to rock&roll. matthewcline 0 #2 December 4, 2005 You sure this is a recent issue? The older tunnels like the 2 Flyaway facilities had much slower speeds and much less volume so any type of Freefall Simulation was not true to freefall as the Orlando, Eloy, Perris, Airkix, etc, etc, are today. An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!
freefalljenn 0 #3 December 5, 2005 It is slightly different too because you don't have a rig on. But, the tunnel is an great way to learn new skills efficiently and safely.jenn Tunnel Junkie Since November 2005! ;o)~ TPM #46 Paraclete XP TPM Delegate
