Beatnik 2 #1 February 3, 2007 I got a para-plane a couple of months ago and with other projects and work getting in the way, I am getting around to restoring it now. Some of the mods on this thing are mysterious and less than comforting. I am sure that many will think that the original configuration isn't comforting either. The Poynter manuals gave the original line specs more or less and the mod for the reefing system. So it is getting a reline and the rings and rope mod. A fellow DZ.com'er sent me the paraplane manual and then I noticed all the mods someone did to the deployment bag. The canopy retaining strap was removed. Does anyone have any pictures of of it or can give me details so that I can construct one?
