Recurrency

Recommended Posts

I've been out of the sport for about 5 years...
I had a c-license and have around 180 jumps...
My gear and logbook were stolen out of my trunk (one of the reasons I got out of the sport) and money was tight until I finished college...
I have made 1 or 2 jumps a year since 96-97, but not in the last 18 mos....

How should I go about getting current without a logbook?...I am still in the USPA database, so someone should know I have at least 100 jumps right?

If you had your C- License I would imagine that you would still be in the USPA data bank. I have gone to other dropzones and forgotten my paper work and found it easy enough to get my credentials confirmed. You will obviously have to go through some type of recurrency training (be briefed and jump with a jumpmaster) but I don't think you will have a huge problem getting back into the swing of things. Good luck and blue skies!
