popeyefireman 0 #1 April 9, 2003 I am confussed. I was toldtoday that I need 25 for a A license. When I got home I read my 2003 sims and it said 20. The web site says 20. Has anyone heard of anything that says different. Did USPA just change it or what, please let me know. "I Yam what I Yam" I am not afriad to die, only to die without living. wmw999 2,122 #2 April 9, 2003 You can see the requirements at USPA website but I think the requirement is for 20 freefalls; if you did a static line progression, then that would add at least 5 jumps. I'll admit I'm quoting this from memory --- actually looking would be good Wendy There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)
mustard 0 #3 April 9, 2003 Nope, it's still 20 jumps. Come September 30 this year, it will be 25 jumps. You do have to get that proficiency card all filled out, though! *** DJan
